Consultations
All sessions require a 30 minute phone/video consultation prior to booking. Consultations are free of charge, and ensure that the photographer and client are able to clearly communicate goals, share inspiration, and clarify all expectations prior to booking your session!
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your booked session. The business will have 15 business days to return payment (with the exception of non-refundable deposit/retainer) to the client. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice are responsible for 75% of the total session cost as agreed upon in the signed contracts. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are responsible for 100% of the session cost.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling can be arranged with proper notice. Please ensure you contact Jasmine as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule date. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to your booking, however sessions rescheduled with less than 1 weeks notice will receive a rescheduling fee of 20% total session cost, per rescheduling request.
